SummerSlam Travel Packages Frequently Asked Questions

Can I purchase a package without hotel accommodations?
All SummerSlam Travel Packages include hotel accommodations. At this time, we do not provide an option without hotel accommodations.

Can I use PayPal to purchase the packages?
At this time, the only acceptable forms of payment are Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. If you have made arrangements for funds to be available in a PayPal account, please contact the Travel Package hotline at 203-359-5182.

When will I receive an email confirmation?
You will receive an email confirmation of your order from the WWE Travel Package Department within 10 business days after your purchase is confirmed. The confirmation email will include further details about your order and when you will receive your tickets.

Can I extend my hotel stay?
You are welcome to extend your hotel stay or reserve additional rooms by contacting the hotel directly. Requests should be made by the main traveler directly with the hotel. Each hotel will confirm the separate reservations based on availability and charge the regular hotel rate directly to the main traveler.

Can I purchase a package for more than four people?
No. Each SummerSlam Travel Package can accommodate up to 4 people sharing one standard hotel room with a maximum of 2 beds per room.

When will I receive my tickets?
SummerSlam Travel Packages, including event tickets, will be shipped to the main traveler in July 2015, approximately 4 weeks prior to SummerSlam. Packages will not be delivered earlier than 4 weeks prior to the event.

When will SummerSlam tickets go on sale?
Individual tickets for SummerSlam will go on sale on Saturday, March 14, at 10 a.m. Check back on WWE.com for announcement of on sale dates for all related events.

Are the packages refundable?
No. Payment in full is due upon receipt. All monies processed are non-refundable once payments have been approved.

Is airfare included?
SummerSlam Travel Packages do not include airline tickets.

Is wheelchair seating available?
If you require wheelchair accessible seating, please indicate the request with your order by checking the wheelchair accessible seating box on the purchase page. If such location is not available, you will be notified of an alternative location. You will have the opportunity to accept or decline the alternative location. If the alternative location is accepted, the entire party will be ticketed to that alternate location and a charge or refund will be issued to reflect the difference in ticket value. If the alternative location is declined, a full refund will be issued.

Are changes allowed to packages?
A $150 processing fee will be applied to all change requests received between July 1, 2015 and August 14, 2015. Change requests include changes to main traveler’s name, hotel reservation name, shipping address, telephone and email address. Change requests will not be accepted after August 14, 2015.

How are event ticket seats assigned?
SummerSlam Travel Package orders will be confirmed and processed, within each Travel Package Tier, on a first-come, first-served basis. Seat locations will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis by Travel Package Tier ordered and order in which your Travel Package purchase is confirmed. The specific location of the seat assignments will not be available prior to the shipment of the SummerSlam Travel Packages.

What are the check in and check out dates for the hotel accommodations?
Two night hotel accommodations will be confirmed with check in on Saturday, August 22, 2015 and check out Monday, August 24, 2015. Three night hotel accommodations will be confirmed with check in on Saturday, August 22, 2015 and check out Tuesday, August 25, 2015.

Are there any additional costs?
The per person prices advertised within the SummerSlam Travel Packages include all taxes plus shipping & handling charges with the exception of any additional shipping fees associated with FedEx, such as customs or duty fees, usually applied to international shipments.

How do we get our commemorative chair home?
Purchasers of the Big Apple Package and Platinum Package will receive a commemorative SummerSlam folding chair included in your package purchase. You will be responsible for transporting your chair back to your home, including any expenses that may arise from such transport. The SummerSlam chairs are the standard size of a metal folding chair.

What happens if the packages are changed?
WWE reserves the right to modify or cancel the SummerSlam Travel Packages in any way it deems necessary or appropriate. Main travelers will be notified of such changes. The main traveler will be responsible for providing this information to guests within their group. If any portion of the SummerSlam Travel Packages is modified, the modifications will be equal in value and refunds will not be issued. If SummerSlam Travel Packages are cancelled, a full refund will be issued.

Are packages available internationally?
SummerSlam Travel Packages are available for purchase to both domestic and international customers.
